Abstract

¸ñÀû: ¹ßÄ¡¿Í¿¡ Ä¡Á¶Á¦ º¸Á¸¼úÀ» ½ÃÇàÇÑ ºÎÀ§¿¡ ½Ä¸³ÇÑ ÀÓÇöõÆ®ÀÇ ÀÏÁ¤ ±â°£ÀÇ »ýÁ¸À²À» Ãʱâ°íÁ¤ °ª°ú ¹æ»ç¼±ÇÐÀû °èÃøÀ» ÅëÇØ ºÐ¼®Çغ¸°íÀÚ ÇÏ¿´´Ù.

¿¬±¸ Àç·á ¹× ¹æ¹ý: 19¸íÀÇ È¯ÀÚ¿¡ sandblasted, large-grit, acid-etched (SLA) Ç¥¸éÀ» °®´Â ´ÜÀÏ Á¦Ç°ÀÇ 21°³ÀÇ ÀÓÇöõÆ®¸¦ Á¶»çÇÏ¿´´Ù. ÀÓÇöõÆ®´Â Ä¡Á¶Á¦ º¸Á¸¼ú(Alveolar ridge preservation technique: ARP) ½ÃÇà ÈÄ 2 - 3°³¿ùÀÇ Ä¡À¯ ±â°£ÈÄ ½Ä¸³ µÇ¾úÀ¸¸ç, ½Ä¸³ ½Ã ¹× º¸Ã¶ ½ÃÇà Àü Periotest value (PTV)¿Í ½Ä¸³ ½Ã ¹× ÃÖÁ¾ Á¡°Ë½ÃÀÇ ¹æ»ç¼± »çÁøÀ» ÅëÇÑ Marginal bone level (MBL)ÀÇ º¯È­¸¦ ÃøÁ¤ÇÏ¿´´Ù.

°á°ú: Àüü ÀÓÇöõÆ®ÀÇ »ýÁ¸À²Àº 100%·Î ³ªÅ¸³µ°í ½Ä¸³ ½ÃÀÇ PTV´Â Æò±Õ -0.06 ¡¾ 8.33À̾úÀ¸¸ç º¸Ã¶ ½ÃÇà Àü PTV´Â Æò±Õ -5.75 ¡¾ 1.72À̾ú´Ù. ±Ù ¿ø½É Æò±Õ MBLÀÇ º¯È­´Â -0.55 mm¿¡¼­ 1.6 mmÀÇ ¹üÀ§·Î Æò±Õ 0.19 ¡¾ 0.58 mm¸¦ ³ªÅ¸³»¾ú´Ù.

°á·Ð: ¹ßÄ¡¿Í º¸Á¸¼úÀ» ½ÃÇàÇÑ ºÎÀ§¿¡ ½Ä¸³ÇÑ ÀÓÇöõÆ®´Â ³ôÀº »ýÁ¸À²À» ³ªÅ¸³»¸ç ¾ÈÁ¤ÀûÀÎ º¯¿¬°ñ À¯Áö¸¦ º¸ÀÌ´Â °ÍÀ¸·Î »ç·áµÈ´Ù.

Purpose: The purpose of present study was to retrospectively analyze the survival rate of implant placed after alveolar ridge preservation by initial stability and radiographic measurements.

Materials and Methods: In total, 19 patients who received 21 sandblasted, large-grit, acid-etched (SLA) implants were enrolled in this retrospective study. Implants placed after alveolar ridge preservation technique (ARP) 2 - 3 months healing period, Periotest value (PTV) measured at implant placement and before placed prosthodontics. Marginal bone level (MBL) was measured at implant placement and final recall check.

Results: Overall survival rate of implant was 100%. Mean PTV at implant placement was -0.06 ¡¾ 8.33 and mean PTV before placed prosthodontics was -5.75 ¡¾ 1.72. The range of MBL change was from -0.55 mm to 1.6 mm (Mean: 0.19 ¡¾ 0.58 mm).

Conclusion: The findings of present study suggest that the implant paced after alveolar ridge preservation appear high survival rates and stable MBL.
